I've had a pain in my lower gums recently, and due to genetics I also have receding gum line, and suddenly noticed a sore below my gums on my lower teeth and started researching remedies and discovered oil pulling. I saw this product when doing research, and after going over reviews decided to give it a try. Since I was eager to get a Jumpstart on relief before this was delivered, I started with plain coconut oil which was soothing, then received this product the next day. I've used it 2 days in a row now, and the pain is pretty much gone and the affected area seems to have rapidly healed. Aside from that, my gums and mouth in general feel more refreshed than usual and super excited I discovered this. I personally don't think it tastes bad as other reviewers stated, it's a little hard trying not to swallow little bits while swishing, but tolerable. As long as this is added to your daily routine and used properly, seems like a really great thing so far! *Day 5 update: I've been using this consistently for 5 days (which is surprising to me because when I buy some new product that changes and adds time to my routine I fall out of it quickly or forget), I usually drink coffee in the morning THEN brush my teeth but when doing research I found it's best to do oil pulling first thing in the morning before drinking anything-even water, eating or brushing teeth, so my routine changed by using this for 10 minutes upon waking, spit out, swish with warm salt water, brush teeth, then have coffee - then brush my teeth again cause I don't want coffee breath. Anyways, besides the slight routine change, which I don't mind because I love this stuff, I still have nothing but good things to say. My gums already look and feel healthier, it seems like a hidden miracle product and wish I discovered it a long time ago. Before when flossing, there were a few teeth that bled and after a few days of using this, I haven't noticed that happening either. My teeth look to be getting whiter also which is a plus!! I was skeptical at first but was in a position where I needed to enhance my teeth and gum care routine and willing to give it a shot and glad I did - if you're contemplating...just do it and you'll be glad you did too! The directions say to start swishing for 2 minutes and work your way up to 10 minutes, I started out with 10 minutes and have been able to keep up with that and goes by quickly after starting the swishing - by the time I get coffee going and check a few emails, the 10 minutes is up. I will try to continue to add updates as I see progression. *2 week update- still using consistently and love this stuff, my teeth are gradually looking whiter and my gums feel so much healthier, I wish they sold it in bigger bottles! Just ordered more, seems like one bottle will last about 3-4 weeks with daily use.

As part of taking the reins on my health and well-being, I've revamped my oral care regimen. I've had very sensitive teeth and a receded gum line for a long time (both of which are now slowly improving). This made "traditional" whitening at the dentist or with strips impossible for me. I've tried gentle UV and charcoal powder but they don't work as well as oil pulling. And oil pulling works best with a high quality oil. GuraNanda is the best I've tried. To get the best results, I start when I step in the shower and don't spit (into the toilet - it's tough on smaller sink pipes) till I step out of my shower. I have a lot of staining from drinking tea and smoking (for now). This pain-free method does an incredible job of making my teeth and gums look and feel shiney, white, revitalized, and happy. It's absolutely worth the effort. SUPER BONUS!!! As if a great product wasn't enough, it came delivered in a beautiful box filled with free, high quality samples of almost everything else to round out your oral care routine naturally and effectively (stainless steel tongue scraper, charcoal flossers, soft bamboo/charcoal toothbrushes, and lip care). WHAT IT COMES WITH: - the oil product obviously - metal tongue scraper - complimentary toothpicks REVIEW: Personally, I hate how harsh mouthwash is and was looking for something just as effective. This product was perfect and actually worked even better for me. It doesn't have any overwhelming tastes or leaves any uncomfortable sensations while swishing -- I also found that it did a much better job at eliminating bad breath than mouthwash does. The only downside is that the viscosity of the oil is a little weird, so if you have sensory issues, that will for sure be a hard thing to get used to. Definitely make sure to use this before brushing your teeth or else your mouth will feel slick lol. I used their branded toothbrushes (the clinical care versions). OVERALL, give it a try!

This mouthwash is great! My mouth feels clean afterwards, and my teeth are lighter! I love the toothbrush that came with it. Will definitely buy more of both. The tongue scrapper is also good. The only thing I don't like is the smell for some reason of this one. Will try the cinnamon one I saw.

I purchased this hoping it would help my teeth and get that over all good clean feeling, and it is amazing. I have always wanted to do oil pulling because it’s good for your teeth but I always gagged over the coconut oil. I read all that was written, including reviews and decided to give it a try. I had no problem with it, the taste is good, no gagging, I did 10mins the first time using it. And my teeth feel so much better and look better. Nice packaging, and came with the little cup to measure it out. I’ll be purchasing this regularly.

Peccato per il prezzo, perché ho visto che sull'amazon inglese costa molto di meno. Infatti non lo acquisito più per quello, spero che abbassino i prezzi.

I really benefited from buying this set. The oil pulling is an essential part of my routine now as it pulls out even more bad stuff and leaves my teeth even cleaner afterwards than when I just regularly brush — just make sure you don’t swallow any! The tongue scraper is also great and easy to clean, and I never ever skip that step.

It taste awful, use organic cocnut oil much better.

Makes a difference in gum health after just a few uses. I had a pocket and it has helped. Definitely buying again. Also like the fact that I don't have to pull for 20 min I never had the patience for that do a few min works for me. Nice taste and smell too.
