Is the product unflavored?

This variety of cod liver oil is indeed unflavored. Many other products are flavored, that is why I ordered it. I prefer the unflavored variety.

How is this processed?

As per manufacturer, molecular distillation, though they don't elaborate. Deodorization has replaced molecular distillation as the primary processing method in most of the Norwegian mills, yet some people seem to use the terms interchangeably so who knows for sure. Either way, the product is heated up, and most of the nutrients are lost. As a last step, most of the mills add synthetic vitamins back in. It is rare, but there is at least one Norwegian cod mill which puts natural nutrients back into the oil after the processing. I doubt Carlyle sources from this mill, because (a) their price is too low, and (b) they list synthetic ingredients on the bottle. I have submitted this question to the manufacturer and would love to hear back from them.

Did the company ever answer the farmed or wild. some farm fish get gmo grain diet and lots of heavy metals?

The label says . . .Expertly crafted from fresh, cold-water Norwegian Cod sourced from the Arctic's unpolluted waters. It is also non-GMO, and gluten free. Personally, I love it and have used it for years. Very light flavor.

Is this cod farmed or fresh?

It doesn't specify, but I would say it's likely farmed. There are Cod farms in Norway, and I would think that farmed Cod would be the only way to source a reliable supply for the Cod liver oil.
