Q: What are the ingredients?

The list of ingredients is about 4 inches long and very small print. I use the ABBA 1300 for my Sun Conure, I pour about three cups into a strainer and shake it into the garbage to get the tiny seeds out of the mix. Paco takes his beak and throws the seeds on the floor if he comes across a lot of the tiny seeds. I give him Pretty Bird pellets, cut up fruit, small pieces of home made almond pinzzells, whole unshelled no salt peanuts and a thimble size portion of unsweetened cranberry juice (ice cold. He runs over to the juice first thing and gets a big drink. Of course he always has fresh water available. I got Paco when he was 3 months old, he is now 26 years old and just as active as when I got him. He only sleeps in his big cage in a snuggie. He is out on a counter just outside my kitchen with a play gym, pup tent with the bottom covered with 8 thickness of flannel. He thinks it's his job to chew up the flannel and make a nest. I buy 30 yards of flannel every February when it is on sale. His wings are clipped and I cover the counter with paper towels.

i use both because i have different size birds 1200 and 1300 great seed but watch the packaging vaccum packed sometimes all the air is not removed from bag. abba is a great co. to buy from. RBD!
