The texture is as described like an ointment kind of thin and dries very quickly. The scent is extremely mild kind of a more natural ingredient smell. It really helps eliminate dry flakey patches and dry skin bumps. He hasn’t had any redness or other reaction to using it which has been great. Highly recommend. As a note if it’s been warm in the mailbox it can become more of a liquid but if you bring it inside and put it in a cooler place it hardens back up to a normal ointment consistency. Good for most kids with sensitive skin
I have a toddler that since birth has had very sensitive and very dry skin. I have hunted for a long time to find something that satisfies every category and this one does. I get this over and over. The best there is. Glides on and protects baby's skin. If baby gets a rash, coat this on and it protects the skin from a soiled diaper while also promoting healing. Best consistency of any I've tried on my 5 babies.

Great natural ingredient diaper rash cream!
This diaper rash balm works very well to clear up diaper rash. It leaves a good barrier leaving the skin soft! I’m a big fan of the natural ingredients!!

Great brand but this product is very oily
I love this brand. Its a great product but it's very very oily, so that's why I gave it 4 ⭐ I have had to put it in the refrigerator for it to thicken up. It has no scent, I wish it was lightly scented. Makes my baby very very soft.

Felt like it was emptied and filled with something else
Strange consistency even after mixing and sitting in the fridge. Idk there was already like dents within it and felt like it’s been squeezed a lot? Felt used.i have tried SheaMoisture’s baby balms so im thrown off w this one. Accidentally dropped it and broke the cap but I'm bagging to return. Tried to buy a second to compare but it just says “ order received” no other updates.
