Nutricost Slippery Elm Bark Capsules 1000mg Per Serving, 120 Capsules

This is an effective slippery elm product. I’ve been dealing with bloating and constipation, along with overall, dull stomach pain. I’ve been taking two capsules with water before bed the past 5 nights, and my stomach is already starting to feel much better. I have less acid reflux as well. No taste and the pill size is average.

I have been taking slippery elm for about two years now. I use it for vag dryness because of my birth control. It has great quality, it’s worth the price and for 1000 mg it does the trick if you seriously need that help. I started off taking two Elise a day for two or three months and now I only take one. I’m not sure about all of the other health benefits that this provides, but it is also easy to take.

So far I’m Lovin these! They are easy to swallow. They don’t affect my mood nor give me energy. Wouldn’t that be great. Lol Nor do they have an after taste. I have IBSC and it does help me with bloating. I’ve just started these so I can only give it a 4 for now. But I do recommend

Good quality at a good price. Helps my ibs. Listed dosage is probably too small though. Other brands have you take much more. This is a staple in my medicine cabinet.

Great product

I just received this product, so I can't really comment on its effectiveness yet. However when I was reading the instructions, I saw that there is a health warning stating Reproductive harm P65. So now I will have to look that up as to what that warning means And then decide whether I will continue to take this supplement or not. However the point is People should be forewarned before purchase. I doubt I could get a refund on this now because it is a supplement and they usually don't do refunds.

I have been using this for a month, and two other family members are also using it. All three of us believe this works, so we are buying into the RAFT concept. Specific to me, I am presently on a keto diet and taking two Slippery Elm Bark Capsules with water about one hr. before bedtime. Also, I take my meds and supplements a few hrs. before then to assure that are metabolized before taking the slippery elm. I have dramatically cut back on daily maintenance of omeprazole and now only use it occasionally.
