Description said used but very good condition (as in tried on but not used). When I received this hat it had a factory smell. Like it had been up and down a conveyor belt unpackaged. It was a but more that tried on. So I returned it for full refund with no problem. It's a lovely hat, but best to buy it brand new.

Beret is a lovely colour, shape and fit. However the fabric is not soft and very 'itchy' - I've washed it several times to soften but unfortunately is still not comfortable for that reason.Such a shame because it looks really good!

This beret is excellent value for money....the band is elasticated and fits snugly, as I have a small head, this is important. Great design.

The hat arrived on time but had such a bad smell it had to be aired on the washing line for a couple of days. It was full of fluff and looked generally scruffy even though it had been packed in a plastic bag.

I think the photos answer that question! We liked the item very much but not the condition , we would have preferred a replacement rather than a refund and I’ve replied three times now to clearly state that but with no reply!Understandably we are getting fed up with the situation now.. regards Peter

Beautiful berry red colour and interesting pattern and shape.Sadly too small so returning.
