well, i haven't gotten sick since i started taking them, and when i got my vaccines, i was only down for a day....my sister, who does NOT take these.....seems to be feeling like crap nonstop.....so i will keep taking them!!! plus they taste yummy!!!!

Kiddo doesn't like flavor but I tried it, it tastes good and not too sweet. Seems to have good ingredients so hopefully it'll grow on my 7 year old

These elderberry with vitamin C, echinacea and propolis taste very good but are very sweet. I think they could cut the sweetness by half and they would be just right. The gummy texture is more like a soft candy but it tastes really good. I like elderberry gummies as a daily preventative and I haven't even had the sniffles all year. I think these are good as a preventative but probably not so much as a go-to if actually sick. You will need something more potent with a lot more elderberry and vitamin C. Also some zinc would be very helpful and I would have given these gummies 5 stars if they contained some zinc.

So far the kids think they are yummy. I'm trying to prepare my children for school. This seemed like a good buy with having 100 servings compared to others with 50 or less.
