H by Frette Percale Classic Sheet Set (King) - Luxury All-White Bedding Sheet Set/Includes Pillowcases, Top Sheet, and Fitted Sheet

I've had sheets that are soft, silky and overall good quality sheets, and I've have sheets that are tough, scratchy and not great quality at all. And now I have H by Frette sheets and they are fantastic! From the moment they arrived and I opened the box, I knew they were going to be something special. The sheets had a fresh scent and were packaged in individual cloth sacks (pillow cases, fitted sheet, flat sheet). When I first slid into bed to try them out, I felt like I wasn't at home and this wasn't my bed. It felt like I was on vacation in a hotel bed! The sheets are soft (but not too soft) and they are very comfortable. When I'm getting a little warm in bed I can move a leg and there's always a cool spot in the sheets that I can find. The only thing I dislike about the sheets is that the fitted sheet (King size) is a little too big for the bed so the excess fabric bunches in the corners (a minor complaint and one that I can live with!). Until now, I had no idea what a big difference a luxury set of sheets could make in the quality of one's life. But thanks to these sheets I can't wait to go to bed and stay there!

H by Frette Percale Classic Sheet Set (King) - Luxury All-White Bedding Sheet set is by far the best set of sheets I have ever slept on. The sheets are soft and thick and very comfortable to sleep on even after just one wash. They are surprisingly warm for percale sheets. I have other sheets of the same fabric and they are stiff, thin, and cold to sleep on. These sheets are the opposite of that—these sheets are very very high quality and super soft. The fitted sheet corners stay put on my oversize mattress and the top sheet has ample material so you really get that hotel feel of having that extra fold-over material. I would definitely recommend this sheet set for anyone looking for a high-end quality sheet set. If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would!

I knew it wouldn’t be as good as our Frette sheets but thought they would be better than an average set of sheets. They are our worst pair of sheets. They feel like sandpaper. I am so disappointed. They should not cost this much.

When the package arrived, I opened the box and was happy to find the sheets and pillow cases packaged nicely with a fresh scent. The sheets seemed very good quality and after washing and drying them, they looked and felt very soft, comfortable, and luxurious, like I was in a hotel bed. In addition, I liked that the sheets were thick enough that they were not see-through. While they seem to be a good investment and good quality, I don't think that they are worth $256; they are too expensive. Overall, I like these sheets and may be interested in buying them again in the future if they go on sale or are at a lower price point.

Great sheets at a great price. The percake has a great crisp feel and the wash and dry with out needing an iron.

These sheets have been washed twice and are still pretty rough to the touch. They also come out of the dryer very wrinkled. I got Queen size and the fit is good. The fitted sheet stays on nicely. I feel like for this price there are better options out there

I have only one disclaimer about this review, and that is that I have very little experience with bedding at this price point. My family usually uses percale sheets at 25% of this price, and I don't frequent the hotels that they provide bedding for. I'm not certain what would be an accurate word to describe these sheets, but soft is not the word that I would choose. I struggled for the first few days trying to decide how to actually describe what they felt like. First it was "rough", but that was incorrect. Then I thought about "coarse", but that also did not fit. I finally came up with "substantial", which fits for me. They have been washed twice so far and there was no noticeable change in texture or "feel". All of that being said, they are easy to get used to, and after sleeping on them for a few weeks, I am used to them and they feel very comfortable. My three biggest issues are: 1) they aren't really any improvement for people who sleep "hot", and that was a selling point for me. The statement that they were "crisp" feeling implies that they feel cool, and they do not. Thick and substantial is how they feel and I have no doubt that they will last much longer than what we usually buy. 2) There isn't enough elastic in the fitted sheet to "tighten" them on mattresses of different thicknesses, they feel a bit sloppy. 3) But, they only come in white, and as everyday sheets, they will be unsightly long before they are unusable, and they cost too much to be stored for special occasions (I'm not really sure what a "special" sleep occasion would be...heh. ). The tailoring is excellent, however, and there is not a stray thread anywhere, and the presentation is nice, with each piece coming in a cotton "H" monogrammed bag. But I'm fairly certain I won't buy them again, I had much higher expectations
