Ryka Women's Sky Walk Sneaker

Good fitting shoe for my wide toe foot. Had to find new option when New Balance quit making style I wore for years. These were a good choice. Only complaint I have is the insole attachment. I need to remove insole to install my prescription orthotics. While attached with only one dime size spot of glue, this was the stickiest, hardest to remove glue I have ever encountered! Took me an hour to clean up one pair of shoes. I rotate the orthotics to other shoes, so don't want them to get permanently attached to the shoe. Any comments on substance to remove the glue without damaging the shoe?

Years ago at a local shoe store, I bought my first pair of Rykas. I wore those for prob a good 10 years. I couldn’t find a good match to them.A few years ago,I bought a second pair, but didn’t love them. I wore them, but mehh.So I switched to Sauccony. I love that brand.But they’re running and trail shoes. Not a “walking” shoe. I am not a runner. I love walking long distances on both dirt and paved trails.I have been having substantial knee issues this past year. Walking on dirt or paved trails and hiking are a challenge.I decided for everyday paved trail and sidewalk use to try Ryka again. I’ve had some issues with swelling in my feet due to a bad kidney, so decided to get a wide for those days. Normally I want narrow shoes.Today I finally tried these on and took my dog for a walk. Sadly I don’t love them and I really want to.Pros : affordable, came in a variety of colors, shipped quickly. If you like a memory foam, they have that.Cons: the shoelaces aren’t long enough. The top holes, if you need a wider fit day, can’t have the lace in them. It leaves an open gap at the ankle. I think this can be remedied with another pair of shoelaces, so will buy some.The toes are a tight fit on the pinky toe side. My feet are narrow it’s my ankles that will swell. So I found it odd that the toes were tight and rub in a wide shoe.The inner part of my foot by the arch also rubs. The foam is comfy but not wide enough. It’s odd. These are in no way a wide shoe. Sitting next to 3 pairs of medium width Saucconys and they’re all about the same. I never buy wide shoes because they swim on me. But this pair I wanted a wide shoe for walking and it’s a miss for me.I am going to keep them. I’m hoping after a broken in period they’ll feel more like that first pair I had so many years ago. If I find that they start to wear in well, I will update my review.

They run a little small. I would order a 1/2 size up otherwise very comfortable and have good cushion.

Bought these for my Wife, we are regulars at Disney World and will do 50,000 steps a weekend. These work great!!! They look great and make you feel like walking on clouds.

This brand is rather new to me, second pair. I like their comfort and style.

I like the dark blue and pink strip. Wearing them is like walking on marshmallows they cushion your feet so well. I have been wearing them for months and they still look new. Would recommend..

I have re-purchased this item numerous times. I work 12 hour shifts in a crazy busy Emergency Department. My feet are never a source of discomfort in these shoes. I walk OUT of work feeling, "My feet are so comfortable". I have noticed with the last two pairs that the insole comes loose when I take my shoes off; but I must confess that I don't untie them first. Buy them with confidence.

If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it. I KNEW I should have gone with Brooks from the get go! I returned 4 pairs of shoes In one week just trying to get some relief.

I really liked these trainers and was careful to order the UK size but when they arrived they were a smaller US size. I returned the next day but still received a letter asking me to return them. I would still like to get these in the correct size but found sending them back too complicated if they sent wrong size again . So disappointed as they were very good quality ☹️

This was a very nice and comfortable sneaker but unfortunately it was too small and there was no half size larger available. If I had been able to buy a larger size I would have kept them.

The RYKA Sky Walk is a beautiful looking sneaker but I don't find it very comfortable. It doesn't have the cushioning for the feet like the Devotion 3, so I'm disappointed. The insole is like a silky covered padding but doesn't provide much comfort. The sneaker seemed lower in the heel which is a design I know some people love but not me. The toe of the left sneaker was not as comfortable as the right. I'll be able to wear them for short periods of time but can't really recommend them. I was trying to rate them 3.5 but the whole circle filled in which made it a 4. It's a 3.5 at best.

Vienen desde UK, lo digo por si hay problemas de logísitica con este país.Por supuesto que las devolví y me reintegraron el dinero a la tarjeta sin problemas.

I liked the price and the firmness on the total bottom of foot. It was a little low in back and slipped a bit at back. Notice my previous runners were a bit higher in back.
