Definitely Helped Me!
For years I've had issues with reflux and a hiatal hernia but these herbs have really helped! Depending on your situation, you may have to consume more than 1 per day and even more than 1 per meal but being that it's a natural herb I feel much better about digesting that more than any type of heartburn medicine.

Didn't Notice Improvement
My acupuncturist recommended this supplement to help me treat my chronic acid reflux (GERD). I had success in the past with other Chinese herbal formulas but this did not seem to help at all. While I didn't experience any negative side effects, I also didn't feel any improvement and still had to return to taking Nexium. I wish I could say it worked better!
