We bought these I went to cut my husbands hair, showed it was fully charged, the batter went from full to 89% to dead and quit right in the middle of cutting his hair. I plugged it up to finish the hair cut and we left it on charge over night, took it off charge and it shows 8% on the battery it won’t charge no higher then 8%

Previously I'd had a Wahl cordless trimmer, and although I only used it once a month or less, is just stopped cutting and started pulling hair. I sent it back to Wahl (the postage almost cost as much as the trimmers) and when they came back they were no better.I saw this set on Amazon and took the plunge. The set I received completely exceeded my expectations (with one exception). The large trimmer works great, and during lockdowns it's managed to perform a few "adequate" home haircuts.But the deal deal was the mini trimmer that came with it. This little trimmer is awesome. I use it every couple of days to shave and it leaves a perfectly acceptable 5 o'clock shadow (possible 3 or 4 o'clock, since it trims quite close). It's also good for trimming my moustache since it's small enough that I can see what I'm doing in the mirror. The only problem is that now I have to go looking for it because my daughter keeps taking it!The only complaint I have is with the large trimmer. The clips that determine the cut length just won't stay on. I have a quick look and it turns out that the little slot the clip "clicks" in to is smaller than the tab on the clip. I took the head apart and increased the size of the slot with a file. Alternatively you could probably make the tab smaller, but you'd have to do it on every clip you use. Now the clips stay on firmly and the trimmers work really well.

The trimmer is amazing, sturdy, and lasted me 2 and a half years. The clippers are also amazing, but the battery is TERRIBLE. I definitely suggest keeping a charger nearby when using the clippers.

First I would like to say I very highly recommend this product!!When I received this product with battery fully charged that means don’t even need to change before use, then I just leave it until I used it today, I spent around 1.5hrs cutting hair for my two boys, the battery went from 100 dropped down to about 80 only. The thing I love most is that it’s cordless, because where usually cut hair it’s a little far from outlets and also I don’t have to bother with the cord getting tangled or not being able to reach a certain angle. It also seems very well made, there were no jams or anything even though my boys have long thick hair and worked perfectly fine.

The clippers cut beautifully and the razors operate very well. The only problem is that the larger of the two units will not hold a charge. After unplugging from a power supply the razor will not work. The power display reads 100% when plugged in but will not work when disconnected from a power source. I would have thought that it was just a faulty unit, but I have already placed a return and the second unit has the same behavior. It seems to be a defect of the model. I have settled for dragging around an extension cord to do any trimming. It cuts well, but I was hoping for a nice wireless unit. The smaller razor works great with no problem. It charges with a USB C.

I think this is my 5th clipper over a 20 year period, these are the best so far. Feels sturdy like a barber shop clipper, the little one has tight teeth, able to clean out the nose and ears without worrying about clipping the skin and the big clipper is great for mowing down the body hair.I’m sure there are a lot of other uses, but I shave my head with a razor so it’s all clean up

I love my clippers. It has a digital display for battery life and the cut is equally impressive. The blade is sharp and easy to clean. Every man needs a good pair of clippers in the house in case of the next pandemic. Even if you go to a barber, you can still do your touch-up for that fresh appearance.

The clipper set feels solid and the metal is good quality. Feels good in the hands! Solid motor inside and solid blade quality. The grievances are that the blade on the small liners/trimmers can't be adjusted. Most barbers, stylist like to adjust on their own for hair line sharpness and allowing thr clipper to do detailed hair design work. Slightly smaller than it looks but perfect size. I unscrewed the smaller trimmer blade and it's very cheap quality blade connectors. It doesn't allow you to adjust the blade like Wahl or Andis trimmers blades.. It was plastic and metal and all the pieces fell apart the moment I unscrewed it. It literally took me 2 hours to reconnect the blade to the trimmer. I've been cutting hair and using trimmers for over 10 years. It still works at the original factory settings. Totally disappointed 😞!The charging USB cords work well and doesn't take long for it to recharge.The blade guards are not the best. They don't stay on the clippers as effectively. Mine would pop off while in the middle of using them. Blades should stay on. Period!I will give it a 3.5. They are a nice set to have on the side. Maybe no compared to some more known clipper companies but they are definitely descent. But yet I've been able to cut several clients with it just fine. I dont really use the trimmer liner for lining edges because the factory settings don't give crisp edges, since blade can't be adjusted. I do like them though.
