ST6 Indoor Wireless Thermometer Hygrometer, Remote Temperature Humidity Monitor, Smart Temperature Sensor with App and Email Alert, 2 Years Data Storage Export (Hub Required)

This is a GREAT product line -- hub (H1), temp/humidity sensors (ST6), and water sensors (SW2). Work as advertised, reasonably priced, and NO monitoring fees (your only cost is the cost to purchase). I haven't used the refrigerator/freezer sensor (ST5), but assume it works just as well. I am a retired software engineer & evaluate products not just for their hardware, but also for their software. These days everything has a microprocessor in it w/software to make it work. This product line's hardware & software are both very good. Setup is very intuitive w/the app. The phone app & the desktop app both support all the devices' capabilities. Can even serve as a power failure alarm (pull the power plug on the hub to see what happens). I have exchanged some technical support emails with "Stephanie" and have never seen such thorough, detailed responses from any vendor. I have been testing my units for 2 months & the battery level in the sensors has not decreased even 1%. These sensors have more than enough battery power for you to go on a 1-year+ vacation. One caveat: you cannot put your internet service on "vacation hold" while you are gone. Even though there are no monitoring fees, the hub product still needs internet service to alert you when limits are exceeded (on your phone app or desktop). FYI: the software was developed in Singapore -- very good job.

Temp sensor works great. Was a good value. We already have the required hub and this is just a add on sensor.

I have owned several of these MOCREO products to remotely monitor temperatures and humidity levels throughout my home. Just bought another sensor and was having trouble getting it to connect to my hub. After contacting customer service they were able to remotely connect my new sensor. All this was done over a weekend as well. Any time I have a question or issue they are quick to respond and resolve anything. You will not be disappointed using their products and services.

The basic system (Hub and three sensors) is a useful network for monitoring temperature/humidity pretty much where ever you want around the house. Customer service is amazing and easy to work with via email.I monitor HVAC inlet and outlet temperatures and my crawlspace.

I bought 4 of these to help monitor humidity and temperature in our lake cabin. We have two sections, one is insulated the other is not. They are pretty accurate and the app is easy to use. We also have a water detector from the same company monitoring our water heater for leaks or bursting.

Sensor malfunctioned after six months. After troubleshooting, MOCREO replaced free of charge. Cannot find fault in customer service like this.

I am very happy about these environmental sensors.I have purchased 6 since 2021: four models ST3 and two hubs purchased in 2021 and 2022, and just now two ST6.I have been using these sensors for my lab experiments, and they have been very reliable. I love the ability to check the experiment remotely and download historical data. The very few times in which I had to request support, I was promptly and effectively assisted (thanks, Stephanie).Out of the sensors purchased in 2021 and 2022, one just stopped working for good. Customer support was very responsive as usual, and we could not resuscitate the sensor. The ST3 have been phased out. Once I was ensured that the ST6 would connect to the old hubs (which they did -very quickly), I purchased two of them. These are sensors that are very reasonably priced, easy to use and set up, and customer support is great.

Liked the vast amount of technical documents and videos available.
