I actually bought this because I needed a small handgun cleaning table and this works perfectly. Everything appears to be sturdy, well made enough to last a while, just the right size. Would function great as a writing desk so I'll probably order another one to use for that purpose.

I actually put this together myself . . . all I had to do was screw the legs in! YAY! I love the unfished wood color because it coordinates perfectly with my light wood bedroom set. It's the perfect size for my needs!

This is a fine piece of furniture. Solid, well-crafted, and looks the part of superior furnishings. One quick coat of Watco Danish Oil was all it needed. I bought this for myself but I'll bet my great-grand-kids will also enjoy it.

This is really a fantastic desk. I needed something that was exactly 36 inches wide, and this fit the bill. I was pleasantly surprised, for the price, at the quality and thoughtfulness of packing.This is an actual SOLID wood desk-not made of composite or MDF with a veneer of wood.I got the unfinished wood version. It was sanded completely smooth- I found I didn’t even have to sand it down on the edges. The drawer fits well and works smoothly.It’s very easy to assemble. Basically, you only need to attach the four legs to the top part with the bolts and some nuts and washers. The only possible complaint I could have is that one of the washer rings was missing. Really, not a big deal, since it comes with both a flat washer and a washer wire ring for each leg.You can’t go wrong with this desk. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Easy to assemble - good quality. I painted this item to use as a vanity in my bedroom.. - it turned out great! Solid piece...nice size for bedroom - not too big and too small.
