This probably the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. It is a bit rich for daytime use on the face, so I just use a tiny bit on damp skin, or a lightweight tinted moisturizer on my face. I use a generous amount at night. I also use it on my body, and the ashy, flaky skin on my lower legs is gone, and my elbows are smooth, soft and no longer dark looking. I’ve struggled with eczema and dry skin my whole life, but this works for me. It does have a slightly sticky/greasy feeling on the skin when applied to dry skin, so I use just a little on damp skin immediately after I get out of the shower. I can’t tolerate feeling of my legs sticking together when I get in bed, so that application method works for me. My face does look more youthful and hydrated since I started using this, it’s better than moisturizers marketed for “mature” skin. There is a barely detectable scent, but no added fragrance. Zero irritation issues for my super sensitive, dry skin. This gets an enthusiastic 5 stars. It seems a little expensive, but when you factor in how much fancy night-time facial moisturizer costs, it easily wins that argument since I will not be buying that anymore.

Fixed my dry itchy red overreacting skin (face) and didn't sting my eyes. One of the best discovery of 2025 and for such a great price. Skin feels and remains hydrated, sticky to the touch but DOESNT FEEL I AM WEARING SOMETHING STICKY. Only when I touch it. I wore it at night as well as daytime with a good brand sunscreen. Don't apply close to the eyes, don't apply too much. Fantastic product.

been using the Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Balm for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. I just started using the Bioderma Shower Oil and now I've added this Intensive Balm. The combination of these two products has produced a remarkable result in my skin. The flakiness is gone and my skin actually feels youthful again. I'm in my sixties and during the winter my skin gets so very dry and itchy. I've used this product together only 2 times and I'm very impressed! My skin already feels so much more hydrated, and no longer itchy. There is no scent and the balm sinks right in for instant relief. This has made my skin so much more comfortable. Thank you for these wonderful Bioderma products!

I have found my lotion! This is a very rich moisturizing lotion. It’s a nice thickness. Not watery and not like a heavy cream which I personally dislike the feel of. It soaks in quickly, isn’t greasy (which I hate) and doesn’t have much of a scent. I have actually noticed how soft my skin feels. I’m 68 yrs old and have had dry skin my whole life , so I have tried many, many different products. My husband even commented on what a good lotion it was when he used some on his hands.

Perfect for eczema prone skin.

I've used this literally everywhere, from my face to my feet. Perfect for dry skin, especially during the dry winter months. Instant relief from itchiness, and the moisturing lasts all day long. Not one of those greasy formulas that leave you with that gross feeling like you're coated in lard....this actually absorbs into the skin. Also works well as a sort of all-over overnight mask for your whole body.....just exfoliate in the shower at night, slather yourself in this like you're basting a turkey, wear some loose cotton pj pants and a long sleeved cotton shirt to bed, and you'll wake up as smooth as a fresh buttered baby.

omg.....with eczema looming from the impending winter weather. This is the best moisturizer I've used thus far. And I've tried a lot of moisturizers over the years. Including urea and other prescribed creams and things. I paired this with the oil cleanser as well. Chefs kiss to say the least. It doesn't feel greasy or oily or tacky upon application or afterwards. Just soft moisturized skin for 24 hours. The price is a steal for the amount of lotion you get! Will definitely continue to purchase.
