I didn't see any corn or corn derivatives on the label. And I didn't taste any. This is a meat product; the only reason it would have a corn product is as a filler--and the manufacturer prides himself/herself on making a pure product.

What do I do if my package is spoiled and not good to eat

This happened to me. One bag was delicious and the other was spoiled. I went to Amazon website and they to "Returns & Orders" at the top right of the site. There are a few options. Amazon customer service was very polite and I was satisfied with a credit on my Amazon account. They agreed to have me throw away the bag of Sopressata that was no good.
