Q: How long can you keep these on your teeth? (like in hours)

Depends on what adhesive you use I think but mine stayed on of 6 hours before I took them out to eat.

Q: I was born without adult canine teeth. Will the fangs still work with fake teeth

I was actually born WITH canine adult teeth. They were removed and I had these fake fangs put in to replace my old ones. These are not quite as long which makes them look more normal and I still have my sharp appearance. 😉

No, the fangs have to have something to stick to.

Q: Can you eat and drink with them?

It's dentures and needs to use adhesive, Ideal for cosplay.But we don't suggest to eat and drink with them, In case of fall off when eating.
