No more fleas
I got this flea treatment to treat my multiple indoor cats after they ended up with fleas. I used this in conjunction with Capstar, and all the fleas are gone! There were no side effects, and it worked quickly. My cats are happy to be flea free, and I haven’t seen anymore fleas on them since. It was easy to use, no scent, and absorbed quickly. It was affordable compared to other options, and I will continue to get this for my cats!

Works great
I have 3 cats and this is the only product that works on all three of them. My male cat has had flea problems for years despite continually being on treatments. I change the medication 6 times over the year and nothing worked till this product. There’s been no side effects that I’ve observed, except for the smell and how long it takes the medication to fully be adsorbed. But honestly the only downside of that is I can pet my cats neck for 2 days. Will be purchasing again.

Used for a year but not working to rid of fleas
So this is the flea protection we have been using on our cat for over a year now. At first it worked great. The past 2 months of treatment have not been working to rid our cat of fleas. Disappointed.

Works for big cats
My cat is over 25 lbs and it worked for him walking into a flea infestation. This among other things brought the population down

It works
For about 5 yrs now Advecta Plus cat flea treatment is the only one we use.The other products we used were not as effective on our 2 indoor cats as Advecta is without paying the higher prices or needing a prescription for an effective flea treatment. Our two are Norwegian Forest cats ,even with the thick fur they get protected from fleas and there are no eggs when we reapply as directed in the instructions that come in the box. Our cats haven't had any skin reaction to this product, its easy to use and its odor free.

Not the best or worst I guess
On a 11 pound cat it reduced the fleas by half in the First three days after application and then they returned to about 80% covering him. So I didn’t really work as advertised. It worked a little, I suppose. But it didn’t last. It didn’t cause our boy any problems or irritation though. It was kinda greasy but I think most flea medicines are.

Finally! So pleased.
Finally found something that works. I have been talking about this for over a year. Not this product, but flea traetments. I have gone through Frontline Plus (best, but after two weeks, fleas start to appear), PetArmor Plus (same ingr. as Frontline Plus, but for some reason it was dropping effectiveness after a week), BioSpot (no, just no, didn't do a thing), Adam's Flea and Tick Spray (really great if you do it every two week, but the smell in the house can get potent and the cat being a little wild still was yeah, haha), and Adam's Flea and Tick drops (nothing, terrible). It's our backyard that is the problem. The rats have been using our neighborhood as a place to go through. They bring fleas all over the place. I don't like to use harsh sprays because of the birds we always have around, and the dogs use the backyard a lot. Well, I finally can say that it's been almost two weeks and this product is still going strong. I'm getting the cat version for the cat now because she was on Revolution from the vet, but I'd rather something I can purchase at a lower price and on my own, without going to the vet. I have two dogs who get an allergic reaction really bad from just one flea bite. I have noticed that with my older dog, she is sleeping better and finally has stopped scratching. I was having to do quite a lot to ease her pain. For her, even if the flea bit her days ago, she'd still be scratching. I thought it was environmental and now I see that the allergy itchies just keep up for days after. A note about this product though. I live in Washington state. You may have a hit or miss with effectiveness depending on where you live, and how many pets you have. This one worked for me. I'm seriously overjoyed with this product. And the best part is the affordability. I have been watching the Advantage II but it was just too expensive for me with all the animals I have to dose. But this one is GREAT. None of the dogs got sick and what I reallllllly liked was that it absorbed within hours. The BioSpot stayed slimy the entire month. But Advecta had no reactions (some of our dogs are extremely sensitive) and it absorbed fast. There was no scent to it. If you have a question, feel free to ask.
