Fruit of the Loom Women's Cotton Brief

My family makes fun of the fact that I now own “granny panties” but I’m starting to love these more than any other underwear. I feel a sense of relief knowing I’m wearing 100% cotton after wearing seamless no show VS underwear for years, which is made out of all the wrong materials. I’ve had problems down there constantly and now I understand why: Nylon and Polyester are both plastic like materials, causing sweat buildup which likely leads to an overgrowth of bacteria. Cotton on the other hand is so breathable! I’ve recently began changing my wardrobe to be cotton based as well and here’s what I found:-Wearing cotton underwear with cotton pants generally has led me to having no sweat down there. If there is sweat, it’s either hot in the room or I’ve sat for hours on end leading to sweat.-Wearing cotton underwear with other material based pants is not too bad, but the sweat does build up more easily and it seems to all go to the cotton undies.I’d also like to add that these are more difficult to wear with leggings (because they show) so I have stuck to wearing these with baggy pants.

It is now April of 2023 (almost a year later) and I finally found these FOL's with the EVERSOFT in the title and they really are soft. I have been trying to match the softness ever since July 2022 when I received the first 6-pk. Trying to match the quality and softness under the FOL name, ordering at least 2 more times to get the same, and returning the other orders because they were not soft. Now FOL has a package with the "Eversoft" included and they really are. I received them April 6, 2023, and they are perfect. Already ordered another 6-pk. Thank you FOL, finally!. THIS WAS A REPEAT ORDER for these panties. The first order I had ordered July 2nd/received July5th. I was so pleased with them, especially their softness, that I reordered same July 31st but didn't receive this second order till August 24th. Was concerned that I would not received the same "lot" but trusted Fruit of the Loom's quality control. Big mistake! These cannot compare in SOFTNESS, which is so important to me. I could tell the difference as soon as I touched a pair in this new order/batch. I kept them a few days, compared to the ones I already have, thinking maybe it was my misconception. Came to same conclusion. These are unmistakably less soft. So, please ignore my first review about how soft they are. My first pack was/is so very soft and I love them. These just received are awful. Sorry Fruit of the Loom, but now I can't trust you. So disappointed because I thought I had finally found a brand and type that has the softness that women's cotton panties should have.

The fit perfectly and feel great. Washed well.

2/2022 I'm still wearing them and they are still holding their shape. Two of them have frayed, one at the waist or the other at a leg but not enough to have to throw them away. They are still white and only one has stained that I wasn't able get the stain out.So, for quality, I say YES!2019: I like these better than the Hanes ones I bought a few months ago. These seem to fit better and don't seem to get out of shape like Hanes.I will certainly order more of these as I need to.They fit perfectly. Don't ride up or slide down. The elastic is just right. No fraying or broken elastic fibers.

I have been wearing Fruit of the Loom 100% cotton ladies panties for years. They are well made, and fit correctly; plus cotton is more healthy than a synthetic.I did receive them in a timely manner, and panties were as promised. I'm sure I will order again when necessary.

Make sure you put the size on your order

I bought a dozen of these briefs to serve as panties while recovering from a c-section (mainly because I couldn’t steal enough of the mesh undies from the hospital to last the recovery). At just a little over a dollar a pair, I don’t think you can ask for much. The waistband was well above my incision and while the fabric was thin, it was comfortable enough.The main issue was that the sizing was wildly inconsistent. I sized up from my pre-pregnancy size bought two six-packs at size 6, but half of them felt a size smaller (or maybe half felt a size larger?). For the smaller ones, the seam on the waistband definitely got uncomfortable over time as it dug into my sides.EDIT: Checked the tags. All panties are marked as size 6, but one batch was made in Vietnam while the other was made in El Salvador. The ones from Vietnam are larger, softer, and more comfortable, while the ones from El Salvador feel rougher and are smaller.

The cotton is great but the sizing is too big, I ordered a Large but it looks like XL..
