Squeeze the bag together and listen for the “pop” then shake vigorously. They warm up in seconds and last about 20 mins. I use these in my clinic to help draw blood. Apply these to the skin or a minute or two with the mesh jacket that comes with them and vein pops up nicely, making my job so much easier! They have many other uses too!

Not impressed at all. Not only is the quality poor, but it barely gets warm. “You get what you pay for” definitely applies here.

I got this because I wanted to use it to relieve my menstrual cramps. First, the size was misrepresented because I thought it was bigger. Most importantly, it was extremely difficult to pop and activate the heat pack. I squeezed for a long time and was only able to pop 2. I had to order a different one even though I had about 20 unused packs left. Definitely a waste of my money!

It works great once you are able to pop it. A lot of them wouldn’t pop. But when it does it very hot and last very long. I also love that it comes with this pouch fabric so you won’t put it directly to your skin.

I got these for my father when he came home after surgery. Once I got the hang of popping the bags it wasn't so bad. The activator would move around in the bags so I would have to feel around for it since it didn't always line up with the arrows. When he would ask for a heat pad he'd always have me grab him two because they one only lasted 20-30 minutes.The size is a little bigger then the palm of your hand which wasn't an issue for us. Also we liked how they came with little sleeves you could put them in once you heated them up. When it heated up though it did get hot, just didn't last for long.Overall I think it depends on your needs for this product. If you don't mind the size & the short heat time then this would be great for you.

Worked very well as a hot pack.

I work outside alot and wanted something to keep my upper torso warmer than just having on a jacket. Today it was 22 degree out and I placed 2 of these between my coat and t-shirt ( above my hips ) and they kept me nice and toasty for 4 hours before I noticed they were starting to cool off. Happy with my purchase and easy to use.

You get what you pay for. We bought these as an affordable option to warm the wafers for our son's colostomy changes, then to lay the hot pack on the whole bag system once it's been placed on our boy. Some could not be popped even by my husband who rakes concrete for a living. Some when popped barely provided any heat and couldn't be used to effectively warm the wafers. While some were so hot we could hardly touch them, let alone lay them with a towel barrier on skin. There were maybe 10 Goldilocks bags that actually used what they were supposed to do. What did work was good but all in all not worth the money.
