Love the program but I couldn't get to install

hard to get the infomation they wont to register the machine. the need to send a disk or usb stick with the orderit . they wont send a cd disk or at lease they keep saying they have been trying for 3 months to get the dic\sk and nothing showed up. i wont to get any thing from then\m.

I bought this program about a month ago and very easy to use no problems, all of a sudden it would not convert to g code. customer support was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable in resolving the problem which turned out to be a windows problem, the program was fine. after a phone call with tech the problem was resolved. again this was not a rout cad problem and most techs would have washed their hands but this tech stayed with me until I fully understood how to resolve it . very cooperative and went above and beyond. great service

I ask for a memory Stick with the program on it but haven’t received any response

Good product for the money. It took a few minutes to install because it took me a while to disable my security software. Contacted Routcad service and they are sending me a USB stick with the latest software anyway. Good to know you have a service department who will respond to your needs! Fairly easy to use with good manual and video links included.Confident this software package will suit most of my needs for now.

Great design program with multi point line snap, very fast from start to finished design and works with raspberry zero. I had an initial install issue with the license and with one email that included a direct correction resolved the problem. Email response was within 12 hours, very happy with that.

in descrizione viene riportato che avrei ricevuto una chiavetta USB con il programma ed il codice. invece un pezzetto di carta semi straccia con un codice da usare su un sito non chiaro. Per la cifra spesa, mi sembra davvero troppo poco.
