This is basically methylene blue, useful for ich and fungal infections, but you must use a hospital tank and dose double the recommended amount for it to work

I have used in my aquarium, but no improvement seen. Even used 1.5 times more than recommended done. Still no sign of improvement after 4 days. Seems not effective product
