My personal trainer uses a trx in her gym and said i should get one to work out at home. She recommended this one as is cheaper and yet great quality. Was easy to adjust and set up. This is perfect for my to de whilst watching tv in evening. It's easy to hook over the door is padded so won't damage it.

After giving some similar suspension straps a go in the gym, I decided to pick some up for myself, as they were a good deal cheaper than others on Amazon.Overall, they are well made and sturdy. I have mine mounted to my pull up bar, which was straightforward with the included carabiner. Now that I have learned a few basic exercises, working my core has been far easier and more effective than what I would previously do without them.Since these facilitate all the exercises you would get with the more expensive TRX equivalent, I would definitely recommend them. They seem sturdy, so I don’t anticipate them breaking, but I will update my review if I encounter any issues.

Bought this to help with suspension training for core work. Relatively quick delivery, product appears solid construction. Not entirely sure about how the trainer should be fixed as instructions don't specify mounting. At the top of the suspension trainer is a type of felt pad with plastic base? Looks as though you would use it to trap between a door like previous band mounts i've had in the past. Anyway its less useful if you mounted like that as the door would be in the way when closed while trying to do exercises. I tied it round my pull-up bar and found it to be suitable enough, plenty of slack and the system is full adjustable. Overall not a bad product, does what i want it to but could be improved with clear mounting instructions.Edit - the seller was very attentive after my review. Product is door mounted as other reviews have shown. I have been reassured instructions for mounting will be updated for the product and an instructional video to follow. Originally gave 3 stars because of the mounting issue plus instruction. 5 stars now due to the after service and refund. Overall happy with the product and service

Good quality kit .. as good as those in my gym (nationwide 'company'). In the publicity pics the ropes are shown as being good for use outdoors .. which is my intent .. BUT there is no 'fitting' provided to hook around a tree / pole etc. .. I'm struggling to find that fitting / attachment and though I use with a door a) I feel there is not enough height and b) contrary to what another big bloke comments, it feels like it may break (i'm 1.90m and 100 kgs)

I got into regular exercise this year and was frequently using my room mate's TRX pro (which he spent €140 on). I ordered this as he recently moved out and his room is quickly becoming a home gym. I've got to say, this is just like the original thing!!I use mine looped on a pull-up bar or anchored to a door hinge and so far it's been sturdy, reliable and fun to use. For those who are new to TRX workouts, there are LIMITLESS exercises you can do for every muscle group and you can easily change the intensity by either going at a steeper angle or adjusting the strap length. I use a free app called 'suspension workout' which lists dozens of exercises for all muscle groups. YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL!When buying this, I noticed a lot of customers complaining that the straps were too long... which I don't understand. Suspension ropes need to be long to be used effectively. Ever seen a gym where they weren't attached as high as possible? If anything, these are better because you have more control when using them at an angle. I tested it out and you can adjust them to be short but in doing so it is impossible to do a fly or even a push-up. I mostly keep mine just slightly taller than me (see picture) and that works perfect. I'm guessing whoever thinks they need to be short probably hasn't had much experience with a product like this before. As someone with experience, I totally disagree and back this product whole-heartedly. I cant make it to the gym anymore due to lockdown and this product has become a huge tool in my arsenal. I've been on amazon for 15 years. But had to come on here and say thank you and have already recommended this to all my gym pals and anyone else looking for a product to keep fit.

This is a well-made piece of equipment for suspension training. It can be set up inside using a closed door as supplied. If you wanted to use it over a pull-up bar or outside with a tree branch then this can be easily achieved if you buy a sewn sling from a climbing shop and the carabiners that already come supplied. The equipment is easy to set up and with the interchangeable attachments can be used either for hand/upper body or leg/lower body workouts. You can not fault the value for money as you can pay significantly more for very similar equipment made by others.

I bought this 6 months ago and thought I'd wait a while before giving it a review. I've not tried the TRX but from what I've seen it's much the same. It's easy to change resistance, most of the time all you have to do is move your feet. When I've used it I've felt as though I'd had a good workout. If I had more self discipline I'm sure I would be really fit by now. There are many videos available on line to give you tips on what to do. I gave this item 5 stars for value for money as it was when I bought it, but it has shot up in price and I don't think I would have paid today's price for it. You'l have to make your own mind up on that.

This is absolutely great way to build strength , muscles and cardiovascular endurance from the comfort of your home.back garden or even local park , you can anchor it on a door , a tree , a post in the street , love the freedom of working out anytime ,anywhere but with all the benefits of going to the gym , been using it for a month now , product is solid and i am getting stronger and leaner really quickly .
