This states it comes with a dc plug and it doesnt. I will be returning. Very poor quality

Handle broke when carrying the cooler empty today and as little nubs broke off unable to re-attach.Return window closed a week ago.Not sure where to go to for fix.Contacted company service department directly and they are replacing. Great customer service. !!!

I use this every day for work and it works amazingly. It fits great behind my passenger seat, it keeps my food and drinks cold all day long without making much noise at all. I bought this because my husband has the same one and it is super durable.. it has held up for years now! Definitely worth the money!

Keeps items cooler than outside temp but not cold. Better with an ice block but reduces capacity.

The only issues I found problematic was the handle plastic attached into the body of the unit broke after 3 1/2 weeks which made moves more difficult. A metal fastening method would be recommended.The other issue is that there should be included in the instructions a line about keeping the interior as dry as possible to prevent ice buildup up on the cooling unit. Water in the bottom will cause ice drips to form and reduces the operation of the entire cooler.In general I found this product worked remarkably well considering it was in use for 5 weeks consecutively.

This is my 2nd fridge. The plug broke on the first and couldn’t be fixed. There is a fuse in the plug that goes out once in a while.Fridge lives in my car. I would recommend to everyone this fridge. You can order a plug so it can be used as 120v
