had this n my phone for over a year still works great, lasted far longer than others I've had. loop is pretty small, but enough for a carabiner or finger

Served it's purpose
I wanted something small that could hook unto my thumb drive for transport to and from home because I was tired of digging around the bottom of my purse! Because that loop on my drive is so narrow, this worked perfect. However, the string is very thin and I can see it breaking after awhile. This would be horrible as a zipper pull.The plastic tabs on rope part DO NOT MOVE! I was looking another set that had these be adjustable and thought these were too but they were also more expensive.I am generally pleased with my purchase. It also came with a free bonus strap that was longer and thinner. Score!

Exactly what I was looking for!
I have to use mini-flash drives for music playback in my car due to space constraints. Those little devils are a huge pain in the neck when pulling them out of the USB port. Unless you have the dexterity of a brain surgeon it is almost impossible to extract the mini flash drives without frustration and foul language being part of the process. With these lanyards the frustration and emphatic expletives are things of the past. I listen to FLAC files in my car and routinely swap out the mini flash drives for different types of music and these small lanyards are perfect for the job.

Work OK, but don't expect to tighten the strap at the "slider"
I've bought similar lanyards in the past, and always been able to take up slack using the mid-cord "slider". However, it seems impossible to take up any slack in these cords with any force I could exert on the "slider", and no readily available 800 pound gorilla to try it for me. It appears the "slider" is purely for show. Other than that the appearance and functionality are fine.
