Product itself is good quality but replacement filters are way overpriced and difficult to find. But product itself is still 5 stars.

This water tank is great if you’re looking to remove impurities, even forever chemicals and micro-plastics, from your water. It’s big enough that I’m able to use it for water for cooking as well as drinking, but not so large that it’s a problem in my small kitchen. Easy to clean and change filters and if you sign up to the replacement filter scheme not too expensive for new filters.

If you live in Ireland, DO NOT BUY!!!! Amazon will not sell a replacement filter for the system to you if you live in Ireland. I have this filter and it's amazing, water tastes beautiful. But now 3 months on I have to scrap it because I cannot get a replacement cartridge. I even contacted the company, same issue! Apparently it's a brexit problem which makes no sense.

Water is the tastiest I've ever had. We did experience leakage initially but only because we did not tight it enough (I was afraid to break the plastic but when using more force to tight it, it did not break).So once tighten - it works perfectly, 6 month later.Amazon sold out the filter replacements, and we found out that ordering them directly from their website costs little over 30£ with subscription which is a bargain for how much water it filters over 3-4 month period.Very happy customers

Best water filter ever

Great filter. The filtered water has no flavour nor aftertaste.

Edit after 6+ months:Unfortunately the water filter is way too slow. This is a good thing filtration wise, but a terrible thing for anyone wanting to drink water. It simply can't keep up with the rate that we drink water in the summer. We bought the filter to help us drink more water, but think we're actually drinking less now, due to the amount of time it takes the water to drip through the filter. Based on this alone, we are unfortunately now shopping for a different filter that has quicker filtration (even if that technically means it's not as good!)____________________Crazy how nice this water is. It's only been a few days but I'm here to rave. Our water is very hard and chemically - the Epic Water filter turns this into the most beautiful (no other word for it really) drinking water. I look forward to every next glass. It's made water morish. Who'd have thought? I was previously a chronic squash drinker due to the horrible taste and texture of the water, then even that stopped cutting it, so I moved onto bottled water. Unfortunately bottled water comes with a slight plasticky taste. The Epic Water just tastes lovely. No particular flavour, just clean, refreshing, silky water. I had to run 3 loads through the dispenser before the loose particles of the carbon filter stopped coming through, resulting in a perfectly clear and beautiful water. Really I don't know what other words to use to describe it. Before Epic, water was a chore, now it is life. I watched a YouTube video by Modern Castle whereby they tested ten of the leading filter brands, and Epic Water scored second place, in front of Brita, Amazon and Zero Water, to name a few. The first place was Waterdrop, but they don't remove fluoride, so in my opinion, Epic actually won. Check out the video if you're interested. No issues or leaks so far. Great product wish replacement filters were cheaper and i also wish it removed arsenic from the water but its okay untill I get a distiller, I just wish it wasn't leaking.
