Great Explorations: Wonder Stars Super Kit, Glow In The Dark Ceiling Stars. 150 Pieces In 4 Sizes Reusable Sizes

At first I was hesitant about buying this product. After reading a few pages of reviews, I didn't find ONE where someone tried these out with a blacklight! I figured I'd give them a shot anyways, since they are only $8. Once the blacklight and stars arrived (stars arrived very quick), I realized they blew away any expectation I had. The stars shine bright for hours with only a few SECONDS of exposure. Pros: -Setup is a breeze. What I did was separate the starts by size, then put them up in that order (for a "small-to-big" effect). Overall it took maybe an hour for me (1 person) to set up all of the stars. -The putty that is included works perfectly. I applied a small dot and have only had one of the large starts fall (I added some more putty and it's holding up fine now). There is plenty of putty as well, I still have half and already put up all the stars. -The quality is great. The stars are not flimsy or "cheap", they have a nice build and seem to be durable. -ALSO, I may be oblivious or just didn't notice it... but these stars have a LIFETIME GLOW GUARANTEE!! Can't ask for more than that. -Price! I already plan on buying another pack of these! Looking back on it, I should have bought two to begin with... I mean 150 is a lot, but I wasn't very conserving with mine :( Cons: -These stars didn't make me a few inches taller, so I wouldn't have to use my chair as a step stool. Note: Glad to see i'm not the only young adult using these... 90% of the reviewers are talking about using these for their infants and kids!! But aren't we all kids at heart? 2nd Note: The blacklight I purchased is a American Dj Black 24Blb 2Ft Blacklight Tube And Fixture and I highly recommend it. For around $40 (blacklight, stars, and two blacklight posters) I have totally changed the look of my computer corner :) I will upload a pic of the stars so other can see how they look under a blacklight.

These are absolutely awesome! I bought 2 packages one for the walls and one for the ceiling and there’s so many I could have used one package for both! Mine did come with a constellation map So many people said this doesn’t come with enough of the pudy but I don’t understand why I didn’t even use half of it on the entire package! Something about it I don’t think people realize is it’s almost like gum you stretch it with your fingers and it just keeps going so as long as you stretch it a little before putting it on the back of the star you don’t need much as well as it holds the star on better since it has more surface area to stick to When you’re sticking the stars to the walls make sure you’re putting the pudy on the right side! I made that mistake the first couple times and couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get them to stick When putting the stars on the walls they stick so much better with a little pressure I pushed pretty hard on each on and held it on for about 2 seconds and haven’t had a single one fall off! I did purchase a black light to go with these after reading a review about it and I 100% recommend it I found one on here for like 10$ and I shined it on them in the middle of the day just to try it out after only 2 seconds in broad day light of shining the black light on the stars these things shone like crazy!!! They kept stinging and glowing for like 5 min brightly glowing brightest stars I’ve ever seen! Totally worth it When you open the package I recommend either mixing it up with your hand or laying them out on a surface I knew it came with multiple sizes but I didn’t realize all the teeny ones were in the bottom then medium then the 2 or 3 huge ones then on the top the medium larger ones so I have spots of wall that have itty bitty ones and spots of wall with semi larger ones I did not clean my walls before putting these up and they stuck just fine so don’t go through all the trouble of doing that it’s not worth it I even put these on the door frame around the closet door and they stuck so well there’s no place these won’t stick! Although I didn’t try the carpet… 10/10 recommend

Works great. You can't just put em up and not pay attention to detail, you can put them backwards if your not paying attention or taking your time. There is a flat side. Tons of extremely tiny stars so it's hard to see the backing but if they are up backwards, my assumptions are that you won't see the proper glow. Don't take my word though, just my observations and upon reading bad reviews. Anyway onto the performance, it works great but obviously sun can't hit your ceiling so you have to rely on some kind of light source to charge the glow. The glow doesn't last long if you don't allow light prior to night time. I woke up in the middle of the night and the stars were almost non existent so I flicked on the bedroom light for a few seconds and turned it off (literally 2-3 seconds) and that alone charged the stars and they glowed super bright especially brighter near the light source. Either way I'm satisfied, at least my child gets to stare at them a long while before sleeping and they don't fade until she's fast asleep anyway. Be careful with the putty, I wasn't generous with each star and I used it up perfectly and evenly on each star. You won't be able to place all stars if you use too much. This isn't an easy task, my fingers were hurting after I was done because I've heard of them falling back down so I pressed them pretty hard and also slid them back and forth till I felt they were stuck and wouldn't budge before moving onto the next star. One more thing, the Stars didn't fully cover the ceiling but I put many closer to eachother instead of spreading them out. Almost covered the whole room but enough to be satisfied. I had to leave a medium sized circle gap because that's where the night light hits at night and projects a picture onto the ceiling. Ordered more stars from a diff company to fill some gaps and then place more in another room, will compare the two later... Update: Great star explosion was the other set of 735. They both glow the same BUT same company. Will have to order more from another source for a comparison...guess I will be back for a second update.

These are great. Nice and bright. Easy to put up. There is not enough putty for how many stars. I had to purchase more.

These are, hands down, amazing. I had a few different kinds of glow-in-the-dark stars from other places, including some my Fiancee won at an arcade for me. I was hoping, since I had no way to compare them, that these would be as bright as a pack that we had got from walmart or a different brick-and-mortar place as they were the better of the two I had in comparison to the arcade ones which were just terrible. These blew even my good kind out of the water! My better pair was a darker green and didn't glow even half as brightly. The only issue I had was that, even though they give you a lot of stars, they weren't enough to cover the walls of my living room which isn't too terribly big. As soon as we were done putting them up, we just logged back on amazon and bought another pack. There is an adhesive putty that comes with the pack, but, if you're putty-happy like me, you may need to get some more. I'd suggest getting some white putty as the color will show through the stars during the daytime if you get something like yellow for instance. One thing that I don't think people quite understand when they're purchasing these things though is that, without being "charged", or being in direct light for a period of time before turning the lights off, they don't glow. Even then, they're only going to glow for maybe thirty minutes before they need to be charged again. I have a blacklight in the room the stars are in that is set on a timer to come on roughly at sundown, so my stars glow very brightly. If you want to see your stars glow for any real period of time, you may want to consider getting some sort of blacklight. I want to apologize in advance for the picture quality. Hopefully they're still helpful.

Stars glow well but not very good value for price because seems like at least half are tiny stars so seems like way less in package. Would not recommend

I love these stars. I’ve had these for almost two or three years now. (Brought them in 2022, or early 2023. Can’t remember exactly) but they have held up and still glow. The glowing does last a while and gradually dims out. I did use every star, i ended up putting them on my doors but I did not use the sticky tape that came with it. I ended up using packing tape? And I have not had to change the tape or have had issues with stars falling off. They were very easy to put on my doors. (I am not sure how well it sticks to the wall, I have walls that feel very chalky?? Or unfinished so I didn’t want the stars to fall off. But on my door has been perfect. They are a pale green color and turn bright green when they glow. There is four sizes, a tiny, small, medium stars, and three large stars about the size of a palm. I love these and still use them.

The putty these came with works well and does its job. Lovely little stars that are scattered throughout the kids’ bedroom walls. None have fallen off so far and a large amount of replacements if need be.

So incredibly bright! I didnt use the full pack, only half, just in case they were crappy but happy to report they are incredible! They are sooooo bright and my children love them! I will be buying another two packs to ensure their entire ceiling is a brilliant sky of stars!! 🌟

Las compre primero de regalo para mi sobrino y después para mis hijos. El pegamento si bien es un poco aburrido de poner a las estrellas tiene buena adherencia al yeso. Las estrellas siempre y cuando les de la luz durante el día, en la noche brillan padrísimo, incluso aunque no haya oscuridad absoluta, se nota el brillo. Yo use paquete y medio para el techo de mis hijos, aunque no es muy amplio... depende de que tan lleno de estrellas quieras que se vea es la cantidad que deberas poner. Considerando que las pequeñas son muy pequeñas.

Bought a couple of packs to cover all the ceiling in my sons room, these look amazing all the different sizes gives a feel of depth to them when lights go out. They are super bright and the luminous effect lasts a while. The only thing is you might want to buy extra adhesive puddy to finish the job as the one included is not enough. All in all easy to install and great quality

Vem muitas estrelas mesmo, de diversos tamanhos. Acompanhas um mapa estelar que permite reproduzir o céu de verdade. Achei que eram adesivos mas não são, elas vem com uma espécie de goma para fixar no teto, o que afinal permite reutilizar as estrelinhas e ao mesmo tempo poupa a tinta da parede. Após serem expostas a luz, brilham por aproximadamente duas horas. Achei tudo ótimo

These stars glow brighter than I expected. They also come with a useful "constellation guide" for you to arrange them like actual star systems. Given how many stars you have, it's possible to try that. (Bear in mind that the stars are tiny though. The smallest, and most numerous, is the size of a fingernail. ) As far as glow in the dark decorations go, they're your best option. But i recommend using your own blue tack, and being frugal with your big stars. You only have four.
