Strong but marred
This stand is very sturdy. The pieces are bolted together, and it is much heavier than I expected. I can rock around in a hammock chair without hitting the support because of the arch. All around, I am happy with the design. The assembly took about fifteen minutes.However, I am unhappy with the condition of the finish on arrival. Were we sent a returned item? The finish is worn off completely in spots and rubbed off slightly in others. I took two photos to show some of the marks. This piece is too heavy for me to physically deal with returning because of this, but I am disappointed. The stand is worth the money if the finish condition was new!

Needs to be higher
Too low, anyone of any size 150 pounds or more will be sitting on the ground even using the extension included. If you are a skinny minney go for it, if you aren't look for a hammock chair that is higher. Other than that it is a great product. Not too hard to put together and works great for my 60 pound grand daughters.

Love this Hammock Chair Stand
Love this Hammock Chair Stand. Easy to assemble, withstands 200+ pounds and doesn't even flinch. Would recommend utilizing indoors in a large space. Hammock Universe is easy to work with and they delivered it sooner than expected.

It is huge!! We had to put it outside as it doesn't fit in my daughter's room, any which way.
