Who the hell sends a shaped hat in a plastic bag. This is how it showed up when I opened the package. Its completely deformed. Really disappointed! This is the second time I have ordered this hat. Loved the first one, Shipped in a card board box and was great. Their standards must've gone down and hit bottom

Great looking hat
Really like this hat. I have a few Vortex hats and this was one of my favorites as soon as I put it on. Fits and looks great!
