I find this brand as good as the custom orthotics I wear. If you don't have health insurance try Superfeet b efore paying the crazy pricing for custom ones. Docker makes a good walking shoe where the inserts just slip out easily, allowing these to replace them. If your shoe has glued in inserts, some can be carefully pulled out - slowly, or you can use a heat gun which really helps the process. I also use the green ones from Superfeet for running shoes - a little thicker. These black ones are for dress or tighter fitting shoes.

Con arcos muy elevados es difícil encontrar buenas plantillas o zapatos; con éstas puedo caminar sin problemas y como son de bajo volumen se pueden usar con cualquier zapato sin que el pie sea empujado hacia las agujetas. Lo encontré a buen precio, el precio normal sí es caro.
