Programmed fine amd working still after almost a year
My 2008 F150 only had one key when I bought it. These keys, a $35 adapter from amazon, and a free trial for Forscan fixed that. The local Ford dealer wanted $120 per key but wouldn't program it. The only locksmith for several hundred km around wanted $450 a key with programming. Well, it took about half an hour and 11 months later I've had no issues, have 3 keys, and saved a ton.

DOES NOT WORK> DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
This was not for my car dealer couldn't program key cost me $67.67 at dealer they will not reimburse me for that cost will never buy again.
