Worked well while it lasted but unfortunately couldn't even make it to a year before it stopped working. Edit: seller reached out and will send me a replacement. Great customer service!

Works as described

Works great and replaces 2 separate bulbs for heat and light for our turtle.

I like these because they can be hung off a mount of some sort. They are really good at reflecting heat towards your reptile. My last one stopped working after about 3 yrs so I had to get a new one. Hopefully this time it doesn't break.

I have purchased many of these lamp fixtures from Zoo-Med over the years. I believe in their products. This lamp is a replacement of a fixture that only lasted 5 years. I received a fixture that was crushed in half. The lamp is round and was packaged in an envelope style bag, which did not protect it and it was crushed, which took a lot of weight, resulting in a 3.5" lamp. I didn't even recognize what it was when I removed it from the mailing envelope. I accidentally dropped the first fixture on the floor and it did not work anymore. This product needs to be packaged properly, in a box, protected, so that it reaches the consumer intact. Also, it was not in the Repti-Zoo packaging, just a clear plastic bag, which is suspect to me. Next time, I will go to my local pet store to purchase for my pet and save on the aggravation. Then, I cannot get a refund to the original form of payment, more aggravation. Support your local pet store, you will receive the genuine product, in the proper packaging, without defect.

Has lasted over a year. Is hot to the touch so be mindful to hang it properly. Does not seem to burn through any faster than my other sets have.
