I haven't been wearing them all night. Have been using them so I can shag dance, so they are on for at least a few hours to about four at a time. Really helps.

The reason I ask the question is, you can wear these sleeves inside or outside of your socks during the daytime and wear them just on your feet at bedtime, if you so desire. They are on the small side but are elastic and do stretch to accommodate a larger heel. I hope that helps.
