Q: Are these cotton or mesh material?

They are not cotton. Polyester/spandex. The sliky feeling material. Is that what you call mesh ?? Mesh to me has small holes ?? No cotton fabric at all. My great grandson loves them. Clothing glides up over them effortlessly !!! I hope this was helpful. Also they wash up beautifully. Have not lost their shape at all. 🌞🌞

Q: Why are these so expensive? I bought the same pack for my youngest for $14.99 at Target. Looking to buy another for my other son but these cost more..

They are $12.99 on Amazon, not too bad!
