Better than Oral B Vitality 100
If you are comparing this one with Oral B Vitality 100 electric toothbrush, then I will recommend to go with HealthSense ET-711. Working wise, it's all same between the two, but major difference is HealthSense ET-711 has battery indicator. For me this is a major advantage. Oral B Vitality 100 do not have a battery indicator or any light to show it's charging. Also another key point is that HealthSense ET-711 charging comes with USB plug so even you can charge via power Bank if your travelling. Worth the money!

Defect piece
The brush sent was a defect piece and no option for replacement, it's always on and stops only when better is down.

Battery/Charging Problem
Update(10/26): Service team confirmed that problem is with charging adapter and they have replaced it. Now, working fine without any issues.Even after charging for 12 hours, toothbrush is NOT working not more than 4 minutes and seller has published minimum of 45 days of days if we use it 2 minutes of brushing 2 times a day.I have raised a complaint and waiting for response.

I got the product on 4th June 21.Good battery Back up.Easy to use and good Cleaning Effect for teeth.Overall good product compared to other known brand like Oral-B.I am satisfied...go for it..

I bought two of these; both stopped working completely after six months.
The toothbrush is good in itself, but it's highly unreliable. I bought two, one for me and one for my mother. Both toothbrushes suddenly stopped working six months after I bought them.That's money down the drain because the warranty seems to have so many ifs and buts that I've no belief that my faulty toothbrushes will be replaced. For example, the manufacturer claims the brush is waterproof, but the warranty does not cover malfunctioning due to waterlogging.I bought Oral B toothbrushes next (in a similar price range), and they’ve been functioning beautifully and reliably.

got it in just 4 dayspros- nice build quality, have extra brush head, good battery life, smooth and sensitive, works even on sensitive gums, have standcons- size of brush is somewhat small compared to other brands.still great product
