I have very frizzy blonde hair also, though not very long in length. This is the best leave in conditioner that I have tried...and I've tried a lot. I am not sure about adding volume but I can tell you that it is not a heavy cream, so it doesn't weigh hair down.

Is this an authentic product?

I have bought this product as well as Paul Mitchell Forever Blonde shampoo and conditioner from the Paul Mitchell School near where I work. Not sure what you mean by an "authentic product", but he does have a whole line of salon products and they are quite good.
