Purchased on June 22nd, 2016. Product failed after 1 week of use. Black plastic sleeve/bulb socket mount came loose on one of the bulbs. Intermittently shuts off and turns back on when it feels like it. Comes with 6 pairs of tinted adhesive tape. Returning and will not buy again.
