An excellent Pre-Workout
Have to say Dorian, you nailed this one. This pre is pretty excellent. However you have to like the beta alanine paraesthesia to like this one, if you don’t then you’ll hate it.Also this is something you shouldn’t use every time you train, the 350mg of caffeine hits like a truck and as a result I usually crash hard from it. It’s great for A sessions one of twice a week but anymore than that feels like too much for me.Also it tastes good, although I consider taste secondary to affect at this stage. The only things I would change is a little more cutrulline as 4000mg is a minimum dose, and consider adding Alpha GPC? It’s such a good nootropic and appears to have performance enhancing affects as well.

Tastes horrible
The taste of this product isn't the best, very chalky and bitter. I have had different type of pre workout and this probably taste the worst but it does give you the boost of energy you require

its similar to nox pump extreme by ultra life and yates with some ingredients turned down ,
i like it , its better than most out there . does the job for veteran users . Reminds me of yates and ultralife nox pump extreme . if you know you know . That was possibly the best preworkout ever made . Also had nootropic effects

Pre workout that does nothing.
Hi, as others have said, not 495gms as advertised. Terrible mis selling of product. This is 380g! One star off for misleading weight of product. 2 stars off for the fact it did absolutely nothing for me. No effect whatsoever! What a waste of money. I've been suckered. Could just be me but I took 2 scoops and what a damp squib.Usually use no explode which works for me and I'll be sticking with it. Read all the 5 star reviews and thought I'd try this. Maybe I'm just different. Certainly won't purchase it again as it doesn't work on me at all and it's sold misleadingly as 495gms which it certainly isn't.

Well dosed, but pricey.
Tastes great and does what it says on the tin, but its basically identical to Myprotein Alpha preworkout which has 30 servings for the same price as DY has 20 servings.But other than the cost compared to MyProtein its hard to fault the product as its got decent doses of the key ingredients.
