I'm not a 'writes product review' type of person? But this efficiency was insane so I have to do it. I ordered this on May 6 at 10am and got a notification about 3 hours later that it had shipped. I WISH I WAS EXAGGERATING, but they shipped it in 3 hours after I made the order.I was like "There's no way they customized the mug properly, it shipped 3 hours after I ordered it...". In fact, I was SO SURE it wasn't going to arrive correctly, that I ordered TWO back-up gifts for when this one surely arrived wrong. Six days later (YES, SIX DAYS LATER), the mug arrived. It was.. better than I imagined.So I guess I'm writing this review to say, thank you. Thank you for proving me, and my anxiety, wrong. Not only is the material of the mug sturdy as heck, but you nailed the photos and the caption. This is a present for my sister's birthday and she is going to L-O-V-E it. She's been really down that she won't be able to go on her birthday trip with her boyfriend, so we're doing everything we can to make her birthday special right here at home. So, thank you for doing your part in helping us out with that.Definitely recommend, peeps.

I purchased this mug because of all the favorable reviews. Unfortunately I won't be one of them. I ordered 2 mugs, with 2 different names on them, but both mugs came with the same name. Also, the printing of the photos was very dark, even though I did not send them a dark photo and they also forgot to include the 2 coasters. I wrote to them and they fixed the names and sent the coasters, but the photo on the mugs was still way to dark. At this point I just gave up. The mugs themselves are well made and sturdy.

I was really happy with this mug. The picture quality is awesome. Much better than I expected. I thought it might be grainy or fuzzy because it was taken w the camera from a phone, and it's not the best camera. I was wrong. The picture came out clear and sharp. There were no mistakes. Everything was spelt and placed correctly. It's also a good quality mug. I like the wider handle. It makes it more comfortable to hold. Very happy with it.

I have to admit I'm a little sad, I purchased this for my Mother-in-law's birthday. The picture of my husband on the mug is beautiful, but the words I asked to be printed on the mug are nonexistent. What about the I love you Mama? So disapointing.

It didn’t arrive on time and when i went to the web it said it was delivered. I contacted the seller and he was so nice to send me the replacement right away. The downside was that It was an anniversary present and I order it with our picture and a picture Of an artist that he likes on the other side to make it special. Instead it came out just with our picture in both sides. I was excited to see the results but I got disappointed instead.They contacted me and sent me a new replacement they were really nice and in contact with me all the time it just was not the same color I wanted but It was cute.

I know my way around photoshop so that helps. This is a great gift idea and I'm thrilled by how it came out. It's an inexpensive way to send a personalized gift. Going to order more for Xmas. They don't know how inexpensive it is. Tip, try to use a lighter image (or lighten a darker image a little) but will come out well anyway.

Updated:They sent me a better printed mug. The image is not perfect but I appreciate they sent me a new mug.Old review:One of the images looks great but the other one looks blurry. My daughter’s eyes look like she’s a vampire!We wanted to give it to her grandpa but I’m not sure if I should anymore. You can’t tell it’s my daughter at all.

I was making a basket of goodies for a very dear friend who was turning 97 this Christmas. I filled it full of tea, coffee, Coco, cookies, candies, honey, breads, and I stuffed in 2 pairs of fuzzy Christmas socks. I wanted a centerpiece for my basket so I found a last year's photo of my dear friend in her Christmas sweater standing beside her Christmas tree. I found this great mug and had them put that photo on the mug along with the words, "My Sweet Christmas Angel". It turned out great, it was not terribly expensive and I had it very quickly. I was very pleased with the mug and the company!! And I will not hesitate to use them again!! The mug looked great as the centerpiece of my basket!!

seller printed 1 of two photos, and double printed the same on cup. also states 15oz and its only 12oz cup. contacted seller, seller said I did not send two photos and did not even consider the 12oz that I said it was. he offered 6$ discount on next purchase. contacted amazon and they refunded me my total.ad is not as advertised, be aware
