It tastes sweet, so I think they have used sweetners, not sure.

How do u know it is sugar free? It cud be rich in natural sugars which will also kill a diabetic. These ayurvedic natural things are not controlled

How do you know that, what all branded food items claim to be are exactly as they claim to be. For that matter why only ayurvedic is being blamed, every processed food item can be blamed. Are you 100 % sure about branded food items with foreign names and brands, that are being dumped in India.
