Q: I have man size 7.7 and need something to help my little toe from sock bunching and rubbing in work boots,. Will this work?

I have found these to be amazing. You will have to pull your sock up over the toe cap but once sock is in place, I do not believe you will have any issues. My cap stays in place all day. It adheres to the toe with a suction that I have to break to get off of my toe. It has completely gotten rid of the issues I was having with corns. I have only used one in all of the months I have had them but I use it daily. Very easy to wash and dry from one use to the other. A great product for me. Wishing you well.

Q: how long do they last? When would they likely break or need to be replaced if used per exercise/running session?

I've worn a piece 6 times and it still hasn't worn out. I did alternate use though. I run 4 times a week, 3 miles per. I'v currently used around 9 pieces alternating.

Q: Will it fit women's size 9 4th toe (next to (pinky)?

Yes. I wear a size 10. They are stretchy and fit any of the four smaller toes. I didn't try them on the big toe. They make a very comfortable difference!
