It works well, its good for gaming and for art, overall a great product although the charging is inconsistent since it only charges 10% at a time before needing the charger to be unplugged and plugged back in

Was in immaculate condition and works really well. So pleased with this item.

We have had 2 refurbished iPads from this company, one of them was perfect and one of them the battery life wasn’t so good so we contacted them and they said to return and they would replace it. Whilst returning the iPad it got smashed in the post, they said this was no problem and these things happen and still replaced it also throwing in a screen protector and case. The communication was always very quick and amazing customer service, would highly recommend this company for refurbished iPads!

Product never fully charged and now 8 months later does not charge at all. I have tried to contact seller without any success. I feel as if we have been scammed and at least, the product was mispresented at the point of sale as to its validity . My 9 year old is devastated his dream, this laptop, has not fulfilled his hopes and we simply cannot afford another.

Mint condition ,absolutely no problems , purchased to use with my digital telescope, does exactly what I need it to.

Ero un po’ scettico per via di alcune recensioni corredate anche da foto, in merito allo stato della batteria e anche estetica esterna. Considerando che si tratta di un prodotto ricondizionato ma devo ricredermi, arrivato nel tempo previsto in scatola anonima bianca, non quella originale Apple, il prodotto è praticamente identico al nuovo, osservato scrupolosamente anche con l’aiuto di una torcia a led, nessun graffio niente di niente. Fino a qui tutto bene ora bisognava testare la batteria. Con l’aiuto della AI ho messo in carica l’iPad e poi ho inserito la percentuale di ricarica con il tempo trascorso es.. messo in carica quando aveva una percentuale del 54% alle ore 15,10, alle ore 15,50 era arrivato al 70% stando a quanto riferito dalla AI, dopo avere inserito i dati, il risultato che mi ha dato, era di una batteria in ottimo stato. Poi mi ha suggerito di fare un test direttamente sull’iPad. Mi ha detto di andare su YouTube e di aprire un video con immagini in movimento hd 4k per 5 minuti con audio e luminosità al 50%. Quando ho effettuato questo test la batteria era al 90% dopo 10 minuti di video la batteria era ancora al 90%. Premetto che i ricondizionati Apple su Amazon sono venduti da terzi non da Apple. Tirando le somme sono più che soddisfatto anche perché l’ho pagato 159 euro in offerta. In oltre nella confezione era completa di caricabatterie 20 watt e cavo nuovo di zecca in confezione sigillata. Fatto anche aggiornamento 26.6 Quello che ho preso e’ 128 Gb qualità eccellente

The iPad arrived in a very good condition and it seems as it was described. It works wonderfully. Only issue we had was with the new charger included in the box. It stopped working after five days.
