Arrived quickly and heated as specified in the microwave. However the next day after use my 1 month old came up in a rash all over, especially around the tummy. Went to walk in clinic and was told it was an allergic reaction. So had to throw the product away. I'm sure it works well for other babies just not for mine unfortunately. Just be aware when using product.

We've used this a few times now to help settle our daughter. She seems to like the extra bit of warmth it provides after a feed to help settle her and also seems to help with passing wind. Only downside is generic instructions included for how long you should microwave it. There is no specific settings for each wattage type, just an example of how you should adjust the timings roughly for your wattage. I managed to figure it out for my own microwave by just doing 10 second intervals until it felt right.

So glad I got this, has really helped my baby. I have a 950w microwave oven, I ping it for 50 seconds and then 10 more. Not 60 seconds in one go otherwise it will explode!

A little expensive for the size of the product but it did help my baby when he had colic symptoms

Good size for baby’s tummy. Not too heavy. Gentle warming. Mild smells of lavender.
