THE SHOE SHOULD SUPPORT THE FOOT MORE ON THE TOP OF THE FOOT, TO HELP THE RECOVERY OF PLANTA FASCIITIS. THE MATERIAL IS VERY ELASTIC AND MAKES ONE'S FOOT FENCE TOWARDS THE SIDES. SO IT STOPS BEING AN ORTHOPEDIC SHOE, BECAUSE ONE TRYING TO IMPROVE THE PLANTAFACIAL. IT IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE SHOE, IF I MUST SAY THAT IT FITS COMFORTABLE IN THE ARCH OF THE FOOT, BUT IT DOES A BAD JOB OF SUPPORTING THE BALANCE OF THE DORSAL FACE OF THE FOOT, SINCE THE METARCIANS SLIDE TOWARDS BOTH SIDES.

These shoes are so comfortable. I'm on my feet most of the day on concrete floors and these shoes have an arch support and a curve to the toes that almost propel you forward. I have arthritis in my toes and the arch support helps to take the pressure off them.

Perfect for post-race recovery, but also as an everyday shoe. Using these on the advice of my chiropractor after a hip injury sidelined my running. Incredibly lightweight, tons of support and machine-washable (on delicate, cold water)... what more could you ask for?

My wife is very picky with her shoes. She should be! She is on her feet over 8 hours each day. She loves these shoes and I bought them for Valentines Day. They are much better than jewelry or flowers.
