This blender is a massive disappointment. Despite claiming to crush ice, it struggled to blend even frozen berries. The motor emitted a burning copper smell from the start, raising concerns about its durability. It completely broke down after just 2 months and 15 days of careful use (making only 1-2 green smoothies daily). I expected better quality from Kenwood, but this product is unreliable and not worth the money. Avoid at all costs!

I bought this about a month ago and since then used it almost everyday. It works well - the quality of the product is good for the price. However, the "Ice Crushing" function is not exactly accurate. The unit will not crush ice by itself - you will need to mix the ice with other items/fluid. For making smoothies, for example, it is good to mix milk with the ice, then it will crush. But the ice by itself does not work.

Blender worked only for 5 months .To claim warranty we need to visit their repairing centre in Al Quouz. It’s better buying new blender than spending money for transport .
