Pair with a thin toque if you plan to be outside for an extended period below -15C.
3.5 / 5Its a cheap hat and you get what you pay for. On its own it won't keep your head warm in -25C for very long. However, if you wear this on top of a thinsulate toque its perfect. The back of the hat covers the neck decently well and the side flaps adaquately block the wind and cold.Ordered this for my dad and he likes it. Would have been a 5/5 rating if this hat was thicker on the polyester areas so you wouldn't need a toque.

you get what you pay for
looks ok, but quite much smaller then expected, and very thin.was supposed to be a gift, but ended up not having Christmas so I gave it to a homeless man, he was very happy with it, and would probably have given it 5 stars. :-)

Extremely bad quality, don't buy it
hat is as thin as paper, like the made-in-rural-china garbage you get from Pin Duo Duo with $10 RMB. Extremely poor quality, can't give any protection against any coldness or wind.DONT BUY THIS

Looks cute
Quality isn’t great. Side flaps don’t even have vent holes. Good for looks only but not very warm.
