It actually works
Used this snow sugar on lemon bars and it worked quite well. The sugar stayed in place and looked great even after refrigerating the bars, and still looked great a couple of days later. I didn't find the taste off or weird in any way, and neither did anyone who ate the lemon bars. But it's just barely sweet, so I used the full amount of sugar in the lemon filling, which I normally don't do. I recommend this product if you want a powdered sugar finishing touch for looks only, not for added sweetness. I suspect the bag will last quite awhile, as I didn't need much to dust the lemon bars.

This works perfect perfectly if you need powdered sugar on an item that has to be refrigerated.

Yay! It doesn't melt! And a bonus!
I finally ordered this for some lemon bars because I didn't want the regular powdered sugar to disappear before they were served. It worked! And the bonus? The taste! It's lovely and has a pleasant, faint vanilla scent. It's just like the powdered sugar on your favorite lemon filled doughnuts!

Has a taste. But otherwise perfect. Will recommend.
This product is wonderful and I belive for the most part you will have 0 complaints. The issue seems to be entirely my own. It give me a sort of aftertaste that distracts me. Nothing like the splendas or sweet and lows not that just a flavor. But again don't hesitate in buying this. Will 100% do the job.

Non melting
Did not melt into the lemon bar like regular powdered sugar. Even days later.

Great Quality, Different Flavor
Wife needed this for her Lemon Bars, Cakes, et cetera. It lasts just as it says, the only difference is it does have a more coconut more generic candy flavor - yet once you add it to your dessert the flavor will get masked.

Does not melt but there is an off taste to the product. Just keep that in mind while using the product.
