So far I am very pleased with this item. I purchased it after my current ,very expensive , hand mixer suddenly died on me after only a couple of years. I have waited until testing this mixer before leaving a review. I have found it to be comfortable and easy to use - neither to heavy nor too light. I am very impressed with the storage case to keep all the attachments together in the same place. The mixer appears to have a goodly amount of power too. if I have a criticism it is with the booklet supplied with the mixer. The diagrams show there to be two balloon whisks when there is only one and if you think about it there could not be two as they would not mesh together correctly. Nevertheless it made me wonder! Also the dough whisks have to be inserted in the correct way but the diagram in the book actually shows it the wrong way - left where the right should be and vice -a- versa. This is not a criticism of the product but the instructions and it happens all the time these days! Its either a problem with translation to English or the proof reader isn't doing their job! Strangely I am impressed with its colour! It is only white and chrome coloured but it is a beautifully clean and shiny white and really quite lovely and clean looking! One other point - if you have very arthritic hands or weak hands you my find ejecting the beaters a little difficult but I think that could ease with use.

I purchased this mixer in October and have now had the opportunity to use it several times. It is not heavy (bonus for my arthritic hands) and the power settings are more than adequate, it has a boost button to increase the power for short bursts, although I have not found it necessary as settings No 1 & 2 have been quite sufficient for my needs. The mixing attachments are extremely easy to use, simply push into the slots underneath until you hear a click, to remove, simply press the large release button on top at the front of the handle. The whisk accessories work very well for cake mixes and the balloon whisk is great for mixing Yorkshire Pudding batter, quick, easy and no lumps. I haven't used the dough attachment yet, I am not sure if I ever will as I have a bread machine which does that job for me but I would assume they would be adequate for such a task. The plastic container into which all the accessories fit neatly for storage, has a very useful measuring scale on the side for wet or dry ingredients. I would not recommend anyone try mixing in it though as it is the wrong shape for such shenanigans, anyone doing so could end up wearing the contents, just use a round bowl as normal, less chance of having to clean the entire kitchen :) Once finished with the mixer and all attachments have been laid neatly inside the measuring container the electric cord can be neatly folded to fit inside and the mixer placed on top, there is a small cut out at one end to accommodate the cable where it is attached to the mixer body, when satisfied all has been tucked away tidily the mixer can be stored until its next use. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase, it is reasonably lightweight, easy to operate, ample speed settings, accessories are stored inside the measuring dish, mixer sits on top and takes up minimal storage space. Happy to recommend this mixer to other buyers.

Good appliance comes with many attachments and a storage container that also serves to measure ingredients and store all the bits together. Easy to use and reliable and sturdy. Various speeds only complaint is the slowest speed it still very fast, numerous times needed to gently mix and on the slow speed flour still flew out of the bowl. Still good for the price

Perfect in every way - as it says on the box!

Don't waste your time and money on this useless item. Mine failed within a few months of light use. The hassle is much compounded by the difficulty you will have in trying to return the item within the manufacturers warranty period. It took me a long time via the Amazon site to eventually speak to a human. Once I got that far it seemed ok.

Actually really impressed with this. It works really well. We have been looking for a good hand mixer for ages. It comes with different ends and speeds making it perfect for different types of cream or dough. Only just purchased so time will tell, however so far we are so impressed with it and considering the price it’s great. Comes with a plastic lid where you can hold your ends. Love it

Its ok. The slowest speed is fast and the speeds barely increase as you mive up the scale. The turbo button does nothing at all. Im not sure if its faulty. Probably keep as its not something i use much but a little disappointed tbh.

A great hand mixer used to day for mixing cake works well happy with this mixer would recommend

The hand mixer is not good I used for the first time it gone broke.. there is ssmoke from the hand mixer.. totally dissapointed! The machine heated up and theres a bit of a smoke..

After several uses understood that the minimum speed does not work at all. It is impossible to mix ingredients at low speed, as on the speed 2 everything is flying away

Nachdem ich nicht immer die große Küchenmaschine bemühen möchte, habe ich mir einen Handmixer zugelegt. Die Wahl viel auf diese Gerät aufgrund des Preises, der relativ starken Leistung (450 Watt) und der praktischen Aufbewahrungsbox. Positiv überrascht hat mich die Verarbeitungsqualität und auch, dass - anders als an anderer Stelle bemängelt - keinerlei störende Gerüche von Materialien beim Auspacken vernehmbar waren. Die Leistung scheint ausreichend, einem Härtetest habe ich den Mixer aber noch nicht unterzogen. Die Lautstärke ist auch angemessen. Unterm Strich bin ich mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis voll zufrieden!

I make 4 large loaves of 100% bread at a time and have burnt out two highly respected large mixers over the years as well as one hand beater I used by default for just the beginning stages of mixing dough. The first big mixer lasted for a long time, handling well uses it's manufacturer said it could. It was a work horse, but nothing lasts forever. The second one was much shorter lived, and I learned that newer models just aren't as sturdy as the older ones. So I didn't want to invest in another expensive machine that isn't built to last anyway. I bought this beater recently because it claimed to have a turbo feature with its motor, offered bread hooks and other attachments and was WAY less expensive than the big mixers. I thought if I burned this one out I could replace it 8 times before I caught up with the higher costs for the big ones. Besides I didn't want to haul out a monster machine for small mixing needs. The first time I used this beater I knew I'd found a solution. The dough was amazingly smooth and elastic. The engine didn't labor at all. I only had to knead in a little flour at the end rather than many cups needed, of course, with the hand beater. The turbo feature engaged more power, and the mixer easily handled the dough. It also has a measuring cup/clear plastic base to store attachments in and can be stored on a cabinet shelf instead of taking up limited counter space. It's a winner.
