I installed the fan and everything looked fine but wasn’t able to get the fan motor to work properly. It was not running fast enough to extend the blades. I contacted the company and they were extremely easy to work with. Always got a reply in a reasonable amount of time. They were more than willing to help with technical issues and very very professional about it all. Overall amazing customer service. I want able to get the fan working and they refunded the purchase.

Fan is completely quiet. I was going to install this myself but the instructions are pictures only and above my ability but my brother installed it easily as he is an electrician. Love having it on a remote.

Installed easily, less than 20 minutes, works perfectly. On low it provides enough air flow to keep the bedroom cool and on high there's barely any noise made. The lights don't broadcast far. The way it "unfolds" when turning on is one of the highlights of this fan, it's really cool to watch. Remote is responsive and easy to use. Perfect fan for a slanted ceiling, using the medium drop pole. I can't see it being that powerful for a room that would use the longest drop pole. Highly recommend for a small to medium sized room.

THEY LOOK GREAT, THE RETRACTABLE FAN ALLOWED ME TO PUT TWO IN THE KITCHEN WITHOUT LOOKING CROWDED SO I GET THAT MUCH MORE AIRFLOW AND LIGHT.NICE QUALITY

I needed a light over my dining table to replace the old chandelier. I wanted a ceiling fan because of the heat caused by the eat in kitchen. I do not want replace everything and have a whole new style. I wanted it to match what I already have. Then I found it - a fandolier! It is better looking in person as others have stated. The fan puts out enough air for over the table. I would not want this in a bigger area - say a bedroom. But I like it nice and cool year round. The fan is quiet and the light is bright with LEDs. But, do not expect any regular bulb or LED to fit. They are too long. Hence, the measuring of many bulbs and trying to order some that would be bright enough and that fit. Look no more. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE FANS!! I bought 2 for my living room and they are beautiful!! The air flow is great when you are close to the fans, which we are. One is over the couch and the other near the love seat. Would be awesome over a bed.

We love this fan. Quiet. East installation. What I like most it doesn't look like a ceiling fan.
