Wire cutter wouldn’t cut on first one, replacement was better
For $8.68, these are OK. The gap between the blade and anvil on the first copy I received was so large when the plier was fully closed that it wouldn’t cut my solid copper wire (.026” dia.). It only dented the wire (see the picture.) The replacement was better although the wire still required a slight tug to cut. I haven't decided yet if I want to try another replacement. The tips of the jaws line up fairly well. The tightening knob does not have an opening for an Allen wrench.

These are as good as Vise Grip brand…. If not better. I like these a lot.

I can confirm the Project Farm Recommendation
These are really great - solid built, no loose rivets etc., great jaw alignment, killer grip. Glad I picked them up.

These are the good ones
I have an old pair and just got a new pair. They seem to be the same quality and have held up well to farm use and as arc welding material clamps (which I try to avoid with these and use junk ones due to splatter). I generally would buy the VG name ones but they stopped making them in the US about 13 years ago and these are just as good and more affordable. The teeth and jaw alignment on Husk ones from the Orange store are no where near as rugged as these in my opinion.
