I received vitamins that expired 12/2017...so needless to say, they're no good.

I couldn’t tell any difference in the way I felt.

Ok so I have to been taking these long enough to see an effect. but what i can tell you is i take one of the active ingredients in these, Ginko, and it helps tremendously! So active ingredients are The product description does not give you a list of active ingredients but it has vitamin A 2400 IU, vitamin C 125 mg, vitamin D 100 IU, vitamin E 30 IU, vitamin B1- 3 mg, vitamin B2-1.7 mg, vitamin B3- 12.5 mg, vitamin B6- 12 mg, folic acid 400 mcg, biotin 3 mcg, vitamin B5- 12 mg, calcium 20mg, iron 1 mg, magnesium 50 mg, zinc 10 mg, selenomethionine 50 mcg, copper 52 mcg, manganese 400 mcg, chromium 12 mcg, molybdenum 10 mcg, potassium 50 mg, proprietary blend 692 mg. Also The proprietary blend ingredients consists of dimethylaminoetanol, L glutamine, glutamic acid, green tea extract, bacopin extract, inositol, n-acetyl tyrosene, bilberry fruit, gaba, grape seed extract, grape fruit seed extract, olive leaf, cinnamon bark extract, licorice root extract, boron, DHA 14%, vanadyl sulfate 19%, phosphatidyl 0%, serine 20%, huperzine A. looking at the active ingredients, it looks like this could pass for a brain PLUS vitamin supplement, which i am very pleased with. My only skipe with this, the smell =( it doesnt bother me to a point of no return, but i can see it being terrible to others. Will continue using. I've been taking Ultimate Focus for a month now. With 3 caps/day, this product has really awaken up my brain. I'm a law student with lots of sleep issues that results in brain fog, loss of focus and recall problem. I was very frustrated and desperately searching for something that can help me. With this product now I can focus better for long hours of studying, recalling stuff with so much better mental clarity. I have been able to focus much better, and my memory has really come alive. I had started to have to write everything down daily...but I can make mental notes now....and I don't forget them! Great product. I especially love that they are made in the US
